Payment Processing: All donations made through the Site are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a donation, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions, which are separate from these Terms.
Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at: tom@tomevansformayor.com within 14 days of the transaction.
Public Reporting: Donations to political campaigns are subject to public disclosure. Your name, address, occupation, and employer information may be reported to the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC).

Voting Information
